Whatever you need, we are here to help

Our usual office hours are 09:30 – 13:30 Monday to Thursday. An answering service is operational outside of these times, and when our lines are busy whilst we help other people. Please do leave a message and we will call you back. We can deal with most queries by phone, but if you would like to come in and see us, we would be happy to arrange an appointment for you.

We have a variety of resources and demonstration equipment available in the office and our friendly staff team and volunteers are always happy to discuss your needs and offer advice.

We work closely with colleagues at organisations across Wakefield and nationally, so if we don't know the answer to your question, we usually know someone who does!
